My name is Melliana and I’m thrilled to return to ASP as a Caterpillar teacher. Last year was my first year at ASP serving as a floater teacher across all the classrooms.

I have been working with children for 10 years now. Previous to ASP, I worked for 6 years at Perfect Pointe Studio in Arlington, VA as a dance teacher to 3- 5-year-olds. I also enjoyed nannying for families.

In my spare time, I enjoy writing poetry and have even published my own book of poems titled “The Drinking Well.”

I look forward to a fun year of exploration and discovery!
